      Pros

      Unlimited PTO. Good pay, Great management. Best boss ive had in my professional career.

      Cons

      The pay increases/raises were somewhat small the first few years, took 3 years to get a large pay increase of 12%. But they do reward good work/effort.

      Pros

      WellSky is a clear market leader in the post-acute software space. If you are looking to build a name for yourself and grow in the post-acute space, WellSky is a great place to work. There's a lot of work, but with many different teams under the WellSky umbrella, you'll have an unparalleled opportunity to collaborate on some of the most important problems our society faces.

      Cons

      Since WellSky is private-equity owned, there are a lot of roadmap shifts to show vision/promise during capital cycles. It's hard to stay focused for the long-term, and WellSky previously has said that they are a sales-led organization, which means product (solutions) teams are built to serve sales needs and don't have as much autonomy and focus as they otherwise would.
