      Pros

      Hired as a new grad after going through an internship program and coop. This is my second internship and I can honestly say I have learned so much from the company. The team I'm on really likes to emphasize learning so it's been a really great experience to start my career in the industry.

      Cons

      Salary is fairly low for what I have heard from other new grads. Growing pains as mentioned many times before. My team is entirely new people from when I started aside from a manager. Managers are moved around a lot.

      Good benefits Culture is pretty strong CEO seems to be invested personally C-Suite employees treat people like people Generally competitive pay

      Cons

      If you end up on the wrong team, there's no where to go So many solutions that there's little overlap in skills within company, so transfers are not easy
