Good team members as far as people Direct manager is amazing and cares about us

Cons

CEO has no respect for engineering, called us toddlers in opening statement for dev days Upper management is disconnected from the world of us from day to day perspective. Talk about being in the cloud and continuous integration but no where near it after 2 years Priorities change weekly, feels like whack a mole

Excellent Company to Work for, Great Benefits, Management Listens to the employees and has done an excellent Job in the COVID 19 Crisis

Cons

The only thing I have to say, more vending machines in the Lobby. Other than that it is a great company to work for.

Cons

The only real con I can think of, we are private-equity owned, so the direction of the company isn't always up to our CEO alone. So far this has only been a positive thing, but who knows what could happen in the future.
