Business Outlook
Pros
My boss and coworkers are very nice and helpful which goes a long way. They also have a beautiful campus with a nice gym and pickleball court. For the most part, there is pretty good work/life balance outside of on-call schedules.
Cons
They are pushing everyone back to full-time in-office this year. They have a fairly serious lack of diversity as well. White men certainly dominate the office. They also have fragmented and out-dated software that is difficult to troubleshoot, and the development side does not have enough people to correct the bugs.
