PTO, schedule flexibility (working 4 days instead of 5)

Cons

- overwhelmed system, providers are not appreciated - they claim to have a new graduate program which is not true, providers are thrown in and expected to assume a full load and be overbooked within weeks of starting - please ask regarding provider turnover during interviews, they can't keep up with how many providers leave and are constantly hiring. - If you value work-life balance, this is not the place to be

Great medical benefits packages, guaranteed full-time work schedule, compassionate co-workers.

Cons

Many employees that have been working for the company for 4-5 years have discovered they are being compensated far less than new hires in the same position. The Medical Assistants across the company each received a $2/hour raise for being essential workers during the pandemic, but the rest of the company did not receive this same compensation for also being essential workers during the pandemic. Overall, lack of transparency amid management.
