None!!! I was a clinician for the suicide prevention program. Management has no clue what they are doing. I have second hand embarrassment for all of them. I went to them with some ethical concerns and they retaliated against me instead of fixing the problems. I of course am now handling that legally. I had more education and experience than them and they still treated me less than. I can only imagine how they treat the crisis counselors..... Well actually all their other reviews explain just that! Run far away from this company, especially the 988 suicide prevention program. Read the reviews and they all say the same. It's all true!!

Incompetence by management. They don't want to fix the problems mentioned on all their reviews.

Great benefits definetely of you can bare the stress and mqnagement making you feel uncomfortable constantly.

Cons

Too many politics and nepetism at oak park. Manager from dental pediatrics wants to manage whole building appears that she cares but she is a control freak. Hard to work for soany bosses and please them all.

Upper management is not in communication with the rest of the company. They will offer you a full time permanent position and then you’ll get a call from HR stating your position is being eliminated due to restructuring.
