Upper management is not in communication with the rest of the company. They will offer you a full time permanent position and then you’ll get a call from HR stating your position is being eliminated due to restructuring.

The only pros are the benefits

Cons

They will add “and other duties” to all job descriptions to assign you things that are truly not your job or that youre not even qualified to do. If you try to argue about it they bring up that tiny piece to invalidate your concerns. They are chronically short staffed on providers but have tons of middle management that barely show up to work. I was thrown in day one with zero training at all. If you are trying to move up into management they make you take classes and volunteer for 6 months or MORE! Before they even let you move up.
