The Benefits are very good.
Cons
Wellspan is to large of a company. They don't care about their employees as a person but look at the employees as a number. A number that will bring in more money. The bottom line is about all they care about. It's a toxic environment to work in and employee harassment is very prevalent. And nothing is ever done about the harassment. Managers only care if the employees are making them look good. Not if their employees are happy with their working environment.
