      Pros

      The benefits are wonderful, lots of PTO, if you get their Wellspan Plus insurance plan the monthly cost is minimal and basically everything is covered, and Wellspan will cover 85% of your college tuition without a commitment to continue to work for the company for any length of time.

      Cons

      The yearly raises are horrible. Myself and pretty much everyone I work with consistently only get 25 cents a year and there is no real opportunity to get more than that if you work a non clinical "bottom of the totem pole" position. If it was not for the tuition reimbursement, I would look elsewhere.

      Pros

      Many individuals who truly care about the people they serve. Medical benefits, 4% matching retirement.

      Cons

      Nursing Staff is overworked and underappreciated. Nurse aids are in short-supply and company doesn't seem interested in hiring more. Hospitals are run like businesses, not places where people need care.
