      decent pay and benefits. free parking

      Cons

      too much corporate in your face policies such as cannot hang a small mirror in the office. Just an example of the face they put on to the public and what goes on behind the scenes. The outer hospital is beautfiul but you should see the Psychiatric ward. They should put their money where their big fat corporate mouth is

      Pros

      This is by far the most collaborative work environment I have seen. Usually, we deal with a lot of blaming back and forth that only serves to make work much more stressful while doing nothing to help our patients. Here, I do not have to deal with that. What a refreshing change!

      Cons

      The opportunities for advancement are limited. Often, they post a job and will not consider fully qualified applicants because they already have someone in mind. If you do not happen to be that one person, your qualifications will not even get you an interview.

      Pros

      Benefits, compensation, caring and hard-working nurses. Great interdisciplinary environment. Doctors respect nurses more than at other facilities.

      Cons

      Rapidly growing and promoting from outside rather than from within. Do more to keep the staff you have as they are the backbone of the company.
