      - Pay is decent to work with to start

      Cons

      - Pay is not enough for the 100 additional tasks they pile on top of you if you perform well and show exceptional performance - Pay raise is not always valid, was quoted one percentage and received half of that as a raise -Disrespected everyday by other hospital staff including Nurses and Doctors - Coworkers being lazy and not doing their responsibilities lies on the fault of the next person for the shift - Get ready to not have a work life balance - Be prepared to get 5.5 hours of sleep if you are lucky after working night shift and coming back in the next AM at 7.
