      Great competitive salaries, benefits are the best in the business, plenty of opportunities to express yourself and your opinions. It seems like in each career there are always opportunities for advancement. If there ever was a problem, I was there long enough to see it corrected. Definitely a team oriented environment. Everyone around you is looking out for you. Wellspan promotes a "we are in this together" atmosphere.

      Cons

      It' hard work, and I was interacting with difficult clientel. That being said, I never really got the opportunity to see the real struggles my leadership went through. Because of that, I sometimes felt distant and helpless to help them. Some co-workers were the same (closed off or guarded) but a lot of the day-to-day staff around me, when they were open, I felt like I was playing on their team.
