Cheap! They don't pay anyone to market rates except the top dogs. At least 20-30% less salary than Baltimore County, MD for the work-a-day folks. That includes doctors, you're going to be well under the 50th percentile with above median hours/coverage expected. Also a strange culture, they are more concerned with marketing themselves and their brand name versus actual quality and high levels of performance. The C-suite folks think they can do no wrong, so if you're not one of them you are wasting time and energy having an opinion.

This Health system is Top Heavy with very Incompetent Management. They are not experienced enough to run a health care system. We used to have shared decision making but now you are just told what to do with very little support.
