Good career launcher, nice employees and co-workers, great brands that are known/recognizable

Cons

Horrible people managers and leadership, the hr team doesn’t do a good job at retaining real hardworking talent, they promote the wrong people constantly and they have high turnover and constantly switching out company leaders
