The lack of clear direction and decisiveness from upper management only compounded the issues, leaving employees feeling lost and demoralized. We used to be a strong team until recently with bad choices made by leadership. New head of department caused a lot of confusion. Overall, the experience underscored the negative impact of micromanagement and ineffective leadership on team dynamics and performance.
