We had plenty of hours and lots of work to be done. They did free meals during the holidays and you got a bonus at Christmas. Insurance was pretty good and available after 90 days. The best perk was onsite daycare for only $75/week.

Cons

The managers were hit or miss and the work can be hard for okay pay. A lot of mandatory overtime which is great for the paycheck but with a below average PTO payout it doesn't even out.
