The Wellborn Family is wonderful and the pay is very good.

Cons

Management! All they concerned with is making themselves look good and they do not care at what expense, even if it means clawing your eyes. If you think HR will help you....think again!

Great insurance Odd, but good 401k match by company (They match 100% of your contribution up to 3% and then 50% up to 5%)

Cons

Pay Shift Times (the supervisors wait until the last minute to tell you when your line is shutting down) Last minute weekends (Management will wait until Thursday or Friday to tell you that your production line is working that Saturday, so don't make weekend plans)
