Coworkers are nice, full benefits for PT

Cons

Employees don’t trust administration due to downsizing in the past, poor strategic planning, lack of communication. Students view faculty and staff as antagonists and they protest everything. The administration completely caves to the most ridiculous requests of students who claim the rules make them feel unsafe. Very toxic environment is a frequent comment among staff.

Great co-workers, flexible schedule, working with students is a ton of fun when it's not frustrating

Cons

Not great benefits, very top heavy organization with top admins making 6 figures and still trying to cut hourly employees, and generally do not live their values
