We believe Gympassers should get to work with autonomy in their roles, and maintaining clear communication around priorities and objectives enables us to do just that. On a company-wide scale, this year leadership has made it a priority to have a few focused goals. It is something we've carefully developed and refined to make it a meaningful opportunity for employees to reflect on their past work and understand how to grow in the coming year. We collect feedback from several stakeholders and hold calibration sessions to ensure the process is conducted consistently and fairly. In terms of our benefits offerings, we seek to provide competitive options across all of our markets, and our Compensation & Benefits team consults industry benchmarks to make sure we are on track.
