      Incredible Benefit: You can't beat the Wellhub benefit. It's the best perk I've ever had and genuinely makes a difference in your personal wellness. Passionate People: My direct colleagues were fantastic—driven, intelligent, and supportive. There's a strong sense of belief in the company's mission at the ground level. Global Exposure: It was a great opportunity to work with people from all over the world and learn about different markets.

      Cons

      "Wellness" Paradox: While the company preaches wellbeing, the fast-paced environment and high expectations can sometimes lead to burnout, which feels contradictory to the mission.

Strong Leadership: Management is transparent, approachable, and they trust us to do our jobs. They've built a solid vision for the future, and I feel confident about where the company is headed. Work-Life Balance: The company understands the importance of a healthy work-life balance. Flexible hours and a focus on results, not just hours in the office, make a huge difference.
