Culture does not support change to improve the organization or help subscribers. Company needs to move into the current century in terms of computer systems, process improvement, etc. Lots of lip service to do so but employees not willing to risk making changes. Very conservative on making improvements---easier to keep your head down and do what we have always done in the past.
