      -Great resume builder as most outsiders view BCBS well

      Cons

      This company has slowly calculated to take as much as possible from its employees while demanding unseasonably perfect performance. HR is a joke and does not back the little guy from leaders especially ones that are mentally unstable. You better be prepared to cover yourself as you will be questioned and micromanaged daily.
