Pros

Raise review every 6 months. 401K and Pension. 1500 educational assistance a year. 5000 a year towards student loan debt. Ability to buy up to 10 additional days off a year, if you don't use it then you get a lump sum back at the end of the year. Leadership is easily available.

Cons

There is a lot of change and you need to be flexible.

Pros

Good salary and benefits, great building and downtown location, lots of natural light in the building, nice cafeteria, fantastic gym

Cons

Your boss really makes the job. I had several great bosses through the years. But then had an incompetent, insecure boss who managed to keep the support of upper management. This boss made the work environment impossible and the whole team ended up jumping ship.
