      Pros

      Wonderful culture, no other company in Des Moines comes close. Great flexibility for work/life balance. Good PTO benefits and the ability to purchase extra days throughput year. Great benefits although they costs more than you'd expect.

      Cons

      Management changes tend to be going in a less favorable direction. Smaller company which makes it harder to move within company when you want to vs when they want you too.
