Pros

Nice company and good people to work with. Good supervisors.

Cons

Difficult cases. Not the company's fault, there is just not enough MH support in CA. But I was extremely burned out and unable to pay my bills.

- Independent Work - Flexible with schedule - Obtain Hours fast - Good Experience

- Very Unorganized - Unaligned knowledge/information throughout company - Procedures need major fine tuning particularly on how to find procedures & ensuring everyone is on the same page with procedures - The amount of work DOES NOT compliment the pay. - Technological resources are lacking
