Benefits are ludicrously poor and expensive. Time off is limited, and usually impossible to take due to being chronically short staffed. Pay is terrible. Upper (off site) administration is clueless, heartless, and demanding. Off site administration has no concept of what is happening at the site level, nor do they care.
There is a constant barrage of emails from corporate that contradict each other with no real direction or leadership, that is so stunningly tone deaf as to be comical.
Site level leaders are punished for high turnover, through no fault of their own. If the company truly wanted to retain people, all they have to do is pay them, give them decent benefits, and treat them like a human being. None of that is happening at the site levels. I am sure Nashville (headquarters) is a different world for upper level senior management who are making millions off the backs of poorly paid and supported employees.
It is truly shameful.
