Basically no raises for any employees over several years of employment with excellent performance reviews. The hiring salary will likely not change. One raise in 3+ years

They have a good program for employees that experience tragedy were they help them financially! Other than that this company is the worst of the worst. The pay is marginal, the benefits are thoroughly lacking, the management that was hired doesn't seem to care about the people they manage.

Cons

The HSA and DON that were put in place in the Florida area do not care for their employees at all. In one case while downsizing medical records a woman that had worked for the company for over 7 years was given a hard time to get their money. On another occurrence of downsizing the nursing dept in less than a year of this company taking over the contract. Management made changes giving the employees 3 days to make decisions regarding their lives. again showing that they care nothing about those under their employ.
