Pros

Medical insurance, 401k matching, paid holidays.

Cons

Not replacing team members when they leave, making the rest of the branch take on the work load and not give anymore compensation for it. Giving team memebers who were walking through the door the same pay you were making as a 6 year employee. Starting to become more sales driven. Back in 2017 they did away with everything sales related and just focused on the customer experience. They slowly started “conversations” and just playing it off like they just wanted us to “talk” to the customers. Even though we were giving coachings and goals for these “conversations”.by the time I left I was so incredibly burnt out. My branch was so busy (and I had worked at a lot of branches in my 6 years). It was constant. Most of the time I would be by myself and couldn’t even use the bathroom unless I left the line empty. After I’ve left Wells Fargo my stress level is night and day difference.

Pros

Full-time work; "9-5" work days; Networking Opportunities

Cons

Not guaranteed to leave at 5pm; Pay for workload is way too low; Cannot afford to live, even working full-time at 40 hours; Merit-based raises instead of a general COLA; Leadership is generally horrible; Senior Leadership ignores workplace issues; Impossible to work with HR; Expected to drop anything you're doing to help Customers; Never consulted before being given more responsibility; Expected to cover at other branches on Saturdays; "Expected" in responsibilities and policies really means "required"; Policies and job duties are intentionally vague; You'll get in trouble for refusing to help repeat-abusive customers; They allow you to overuse your PTO, which creates a personal financial debt to the company
