Pros

*Actually having a job *Benefits *Pay - although its not the best, its certainly not the worst either *Ease of job function - Brainless work. *No Micro-Managing

Cons

*Pay - Yes, i listed it above, but its also not what it should be for someone with this much experience *Ease of job function - Again, yes i listed it above, however it is too easy. I like a challenge and i feel like a 5 year old. *Management - my direct area of managers could use some brush ups on their skills *hours - They are horrible! Hands down, horrible!! *the atmosphere - management doesnt encourage team building. They dont want employees up talking to eachother. We are expected to sit in our cubes and not move, not talk, just work. Sound like something else you know? (hint, think of bars and bright orange jumpsuits)

Pros

Good place to start after graduating college. They outline a clear career path that can be followed by obtaining certain sales goals.

Cons

The pay isn't exactly the greatest (about $32,000). If you're interested in sales and making phone calls to solicit business then this is right for you.

Pros

Wells Fargo does have great benefits and great training. The job environment and culture is very comfortable.

Cons

This particular job, given that it is in a call center, offers some unfavorable schedules. Additionally, the compensation is not very competive. The best way to make more money is to switch jobs ASAP.
