Benefits: horrible health ins plan, dental and vision are average Management: my manager happens to be extremely condescending, I would love to smack him. I dont get my schedule til Monday morning half the time and thats when the workweek starts, our manager harasses us into "sales" even if we dont feel like pushing a 90 year old woman into taking a debit card she doesnt want and setting up online bill pay when she doesnt have a computer, if you tell him no u will never hear the end of it. I leave work every day mad and upset, this is a pushy sales job- U r not getting hired to assist customers and help them the right way- U r here to suck them into taking on more things then they can handle, who really needs 3 checking accounts? We are told to do unethical things that will get us fired at least once a week. I HATE THIS JOB!!! I have worked for other banks previously, and there were quarterly goals there as well, but NOTHING LIKE THIS!
