Business Outlook
Pros
Higher pay when you come from outside the banking world, health insurance, 401k plan. The quarterly bonuses for sales and service. The weekly schedule mostly is around 8:15a - 5:15pm, some days you get to leave earlier. Three weeks paid vacation (18 days) when you first start out.
Cons
All about sales, sometimes compromising the customer service aspect. It is hard when you just get in and new to everything, but you get a hang of it and you see how the system works.
