Pros

There was a cafe, which made lunch easy to get. Also sometimes they would have free lunch.

Cons

Everything else. They don't care about you personally. The most important thing to them is getting numbers for production. Not a place to work if you have kids.

Pros

They give tons of praise and recognition, 401k gets matched, help pay for school, as a part-time worker they give you the option of full medical benefits, teaches you teamwork and how to reach goals as a team.

Cons

In order to move up to corporate, you have to move up through the store level, and have a masters. A lot of changes recently that are not going over so well with employees or customers.
