      Pros

      Resources exist for servicing our clients, however management doesn't seem to relaize we exist for the clients.

      Cons

      It is all about the shareholders and processes, not the client-advisor relationship. Ver littel of what the firm does truly has the clients best interest in place unless it is self serving. Yes, it is a business, but the firm puts itself ahead of the client. The bank (parent compnay) wants to destroy that elationship. They don't understand it. Compliance is above and beyond that which is needed...Home office staff seems unsatisfied.

      Pros

      Benefits were good. The memebers of the team were fun to be around at times. The best part was going home after a long day.

      Cons

      Calling assigned leads that would not qualify for products. The same leads were used over and over and the people answering when you called, already knew they didn't qualify for products.
