Pros

Very strong company values. We strive to do the best for our clients and provide the best service possible. Strong company values are incorporated in many aspects of daily work.

Cons

Long hours especially during production. Production is monthly so the long hours are a regular occurrence. There is also a lack of direction due to the recent collaspe of the financial markets. There is no clear future for CTS and layoffs are expected in the near term. Employees have no hope for promotion or growth in the short term. Training could be better, but due to heavy production, many new employees do not get the necessary training.

Pros

Big company with lots of opportunity.

Cons

Wells Fargo does not like to hire temps full-time, and while temping you get none of Wells Fargo benefits or incentives. Wells Fargo also does not value their temporary employees. I introduced myself to a Senior Manager the other day, and this person snubbed me like my very existence annoyed this person. Unfortunately many people have to take what they can get right now. At least it's a job.

Pros

If you enjoy being micro managed and constantly being threatened of getting fired, then this is the place for you!

Cons

Promotion discrimination. Not knowing your work schedule in advance. Working sometime 15 days straight without a day off. Being cheated on overtime. Yelled at for no reason. Too many reasons to list here. Sadly the company has no guts to fire an employee so the person gets bounced around to various departments bringing their incompetence to each new department. Is this such a reputable company that when an employee gives 2 week notice of leaving to the mgr, the next day the employee is escorted out of the building by police officers in front of all employees to see implying that the individual is guilty of a crime. This is how the company respects its employees?
