Pros

Work environment is inclusive. WFB does not make you feel like an outsider

Cons

Department closures and not as many avenues for advancement due to centralization of many interesting jobs to the northern states, (Montana, South Dakota). Customer service is measured more on sales and quantity rather than quality.

Pros

It is a great company to work for. The training is comprehensive and ongoing. There are no surprises when it comes to the expectations of management.

Cons

It is all about sales. As with any other sales position, all the management sees are numbers. Not every location is the same as far as traffic, new customers, etc.. and the sales goals are way too high.

Pros

Wells Fargo is a big employer so you get chance to work with different business lines such as credit card, auto lending and home equity within one company. You do not need to leave Wells Fargo while still having chance to move to different business lines.

Cons

It is too big. Sometimes left hand does not talk to right hand
