Pros

Good benefits. Lots of opportunity to work in whatever office you like. They let you try different areas as well if you want to try different styles of sales

Cons

Sales quotas that are a bit arbitrary. The pay is not competitive with other financial firms. Working hours are pretty ribid

Pros

The company offers a very comprehensive benefit package. Work/life balance is encouraged by management-Time off is encouraged. The company is constantly growing and offers opportunity for rapid advancement. The company encourages community involvement and volunteer activities. Pay is competitive in regards to the industry.

Cons

The culture as a whole is quite conservative. New ideas are pushed to the side and traditional business decisions are followed. Strategic initiatives change rapidly and often revert back to what the plan was 12 months ago. Some managers are promoted quickly without the experience of managing others. This slows down the development of their direct reports.
