      Lots of opportunities. You must be in your manager's corner as opposed to competent to move up.

      Lack of organization. Need clear job expectations. Don't move people around so much.

      great team members benefits for pt and ft employees friendly customers excellent company 2 day training class

      Cons

      high turnover rates inconsistencies no room for growth training out of order politics poor communication not all team members (managers) are familiar with svp/svt systems managers come and go as they please during work hours (trips to the store, haircuts, picking up children, ect.)
