Pros

Excellent work/life balance, outlined career path, various methods to show recognition and praise, invest in employees through training programs and personal development classes. Overall a great company who takes prudent risks they understand.

Cons

Underpaid compared to competition, sometimes can take longer to get the same job done compared to peers, slower to promote.

Pros

Company has a lot to offer if you have a strong leadership team that is focused on the company's core values and not just there on bonus incentives.

Cons

If you are a former Wachovia employee there are many differences from Wells Fargo business model that is making the transition from Wachovia to Well Fargo very difficult for both customers and employees. Many people are being promoted before they have the experience and commuincation of the transition has been very confusing.
