      Pros

      Originally, the part I liked best about working there was the freedom, but then new management came in completely changed the atmosphere.

      Cons

      My immediate manager was great as well as most the people I worked with, the next levels of management were incompetent. You were paid on a draw so when there was a bad month it immediately put you in the hole for the next month. There was very little support for gaining new business. You were responsible for coming up with your own leads.

      The benefits are affordable and you have various options to customize your benefit package to meet the needs of your family.

      Cons

      Coming from Wachovia, it is difficult to apply for new roles. The perception has become that because you're from Wachovia, you are not as qualified as other Wells Fargo candidates.

      Great time off benefits- it depends on the manager and how he or she approve, but typically never a problem Reputable co- WF is doing great in this financial hault were in, plus it looks good on your resume

      Cons

      Recognition- extremely difficult to be recognized because everything is based on sales Raises- not good at all Management-sometimes not qulified whatsoever; if you can exceed your sales goals consistently and know the right people...you will have a manager position
