Pros

You get some pretty good benefits that you will rarely use. The doctors, dentist, and eye doctors. Never used them ever tho.

Cons

no one will appreciate you. They threaten your job every single day. They lie to you about being promoted. They squeeze the most sales out of you as possible then replace you. Its pretty funny.

Pros

Great opportunities for career advancement. I have talked to many employees who started out as a teller and 4 or 5 years later are now working in Management positions or in other higher paying positions like Regional Private Banker, etc.

Cons

Can be micromanaging, but this depends more on who your direct supervisor is. The same can be said for most companies.

Pros

Wells fargo is an excellent company for advancement. Since they only usually hire internal candidates you are usually a "shoe in" for open positions. Total compensation was also cool.

Cons

Wells Fargo, as great of a company as it it, is sales mad! They speak in sales and thats all they know. Sometimes it feels less personal and more about the dollar. Getting a raise is also hard.
