Pros

Good salary compared to 5 big banks

Cons

Management favors selected people, if you aren't the good side of the regional head or CRO, you won't progress Regional head favors people based on her own criteria, not skills Hostile work environment, constant finger pointing, people rude and tense all the time and all trying to cover themselves No career growth outside US Diversity only on paper, management takes care of their friends only Against the disconnect regulations, constant overtime needed for several ongoing projects

Pros

Overall it’s a great company, lots of opportunities to learn and grow in different areas. Benefits are okay, vacation is decent, flexibility.

Cons

Loyalty does not pay, you will be well below market rate if you continue to stay within the company. Really archaic co-location policy, somehow the company believes that being in the same geographic region as the senior managers is better so they look to grow you only if you are in the right geographic location.
