Pros

The pay is ok little below market but not bad

Cons

This depends on your manager. Some are good, and some aren’t. There were times when I was given impossible tasks and told to figure them out, even when they weren’t doable. When I saw that my manager was lying to their boss, I raised it through the proper channels. I was then let go, along with other members of my team, for totally unrelated reasons.

Pros

Getting to heavily use AI.

Cons

Very toxic work environment. When you have a lead who power trips and upper management who pulls the rug out from under you, and when you working 12+ hours you are not flagged for not working. When under that, you are put on a report for not working enough because your laptop is tracked. Technology is old and very behind. No diversity in the department either.
