      Great management Great team Helpful teammates Given autonomy to handle issues without hand holding AMAZING for entry level techs because you learn so much from patching ports, running scripts, Sys Admin work, project coordination, etc.

      Cons

      Low pay for all of the work we do. We were doing networking, cybersecurity, sys admin, deployment, and field services work. The healthcare staff are mean and racist No upward movement because there's only a few slots on the team and no one ever leaves except two first level Field Services positions. People end up leaving to advance.
