Good people work here and are generally helpful and work as a team for the betterment of the community.
Cons
Toxic VP has no awareness of their bullying behavior. Don’t try to seek relief from HR - HR department will turn over your complaint over to same VP and allow VP to lie, confront you, threaten your job, and continue to make your life living hell. Despite many complaints, witnesses, etc, Wellstar has allowed a horrible and miserable person to destroy morale and Wellstar’s reputation to the public.
