      If you want a job Wellstar is hiring.

      Cons

      Administration doesn't listen to anyone. all they want you to do is show them number. Numbers don't tell you people are tired. Always working short staff. Employees don't care, so quality of care goes down. Money is nice but a good work environment is better.

      Worst Place to Work if you want a flexible and reliable job

      You meet some good people

      Cons

      The work is intensive because they are under staffed Nurses are petty and discriminate The pay is terrible no consideration of one’s livelihood Management is rude and Don’t empathize on working mothers with small kids unless you’ve worked there for a whole year. Benefits- Health insurance coverage is High To go to the ER is $250 to sit there for them to tell you nothing is wrong with you.
