      The work week is 40 hours. There is a mix of office and hospital so the work is variable and interesting,

      Management does not care about its employees. While you only work 40 hours each week, all 40 hours are very busy and can be stressful. You are not paid for admin time so you have to review labs and charts at home.

      I enjoy working with team.

      Cons

      Management does not believe in professionally growing their team to maximum efficiency. Pay is not competitive and is inequitable across the department. Seems like Wellstar invest in nursese and physicians but not for the people that care for the nurses and the physicians which can be discouraging. PTO is taking out of your balance for company holidays
