Have to used PTO for Holidays Leaderships need training, No communication with team members They don't read emails or text msg 1x1's always kick back Penalize for clocking in early and after working hours No training on materials, have to figure things out on your own Lots of transition position, you don't really have a job description written out. Always looking for information, don't know who's who anymore to get the right information Petty & toxic Disorganized and unstable
