Health insurance is nonexistent unless you live close enough to go to a Wellstar Hospital. Conveniently enough, right AFTER the “Great Place to Work” survey, a lot of restructuring occurred. Getting anything from HR and IT is a journey, and will usually take some friendly reminders and multiple weeks to accomplish anything. The ticketing system is fairly broken, which plays into my previous statement that it takes weeks for a simple ask. The org seems to be looking for quick fixes and speedy delivery rather than getting to the root of problems, and easing the workload over time. Overall, there’s a lot of neglect for the individual employee. While the above are my actual concerns, a small pet peeve is that you must log your time down to the task and subtask. Just comes off very micromanage-y.
