Pros

Some co-workers are very good to work with

Cons

Management very dishonest. Turnover frequent. Pay pathetic. Office politics rampant and disruptive. Culture and Values as described are fabulous but in reality what exists completely different.

Pros

Excellent health benefits, attractive campus, fair compensation, and the staff level workers are good people.

Cons

Middle and upper management do not communicate with or support the employees, and do not possess the necessary skills and education to be able to do their jobs well. There is little to no chance for advancement within the organization. Success and advancement are based upon politics, not skill, and result in an unstable, distrustful organizational culture.

There are bo pros. Its as if we were taken over by a private equity group.

Cons

Expensive insurance Hiring freeze, while being over worked. Low morale Low pay while the administration makes a lot of money.
