      The name can get you to plenty of other places. When people hear that you work at wellstar it is a plus.

      Cons

      Management does not care about their staff. They are underpaid and overworked. They do not care about their CNAs only focus on their RNs.

      Flexibility is all up to the manager at each facility

      Cons

      The rules are written in such a way they can be interpreted in many ways . so it is really up to the person reading the rules and the emotions that person has at the time. More of the time it is slanted towards the company and not the employee any longer.

      I like the people that I work with.

      Cons

      Can we stop saying that we are a national leader and also stop lying to the community? We cannot take care of your kids, we have flies in our operating rooms, and we have LOTS of medication errors.
